Account & billing FAQ

For how-to guides on using the product, see the Help Center instead — this is just the account/billing basics.

Will I be charged when I sign up?

Yes — you'll add your payment details as part of signing up, and you're charged then for the plan you choose.

Is there a free trial?

There's no separate free trial — you can cancel anytime from your account settings if it's not a fit.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your account settings at any time; changes apply to your next billing cycle.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your books, campaigns, and assets stay in your account for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then are permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion any time — see our Privacy Policy.

Do you store my card details?

We never see or store raw card numbers ourselves — billing is handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor that manages your card details securely.

Can more than one person manage my account?

Growth and Pro plans include collaborator seats — invite a co-author, VA, or publicist with their own login and permissions.

What counts as a "subscriber"?

Anyone on your reader email list, whether they signed up through your embedded form, a lead magnet, or were imported from another tool.

Do unused AI images roll over?

No — the monthly AI image allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle and doesn't carry over.

Question 1 of 2

How many books have you published (or are about to)?
