By creating an account or using Narrativ, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Narrativ. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Narrativ is a marketing platform for authors that generates ad creative, manages social posting, and runs reader-engagement tools. Features vary by plan and are subject to the limits described at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your credentials with others. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it current. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@narrativ-app.com.
You retain ownership of all content you provide to Narrativ — your book details, descriptions, author information, and reader subscriber data. By submitting this content, you grant Arcstone Labs LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service to you. This includes sending your book details to our AI providers to generate marketing content, and publishing approved content to social platforms you have connected. This license ends when you delete your account or the relevant content.
AI-generated marketing copy, campaign ideas, and ad images produced through Narrativ on your behalf are yours. We do not claim ownership over content generated for your account. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or publishing it.
Plans are billed at signup according to the interval you choose (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until canceled. All fees are charged in USD. We do not offer refunds on monthly plans. For annual plans, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not meaningfully used the service; email hello@narrativ-app.com to request one. Refund requests after 14 days are at our discretion.
You agree not to use Narrativ to:
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Nothing publishes to a connected platform without your explicit approval through the approval queue. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published. Narrativ is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or platform compliance of content you choose to publish.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues through the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these terms, without liability to you. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Sections covering liability, disputes, and intellectual property survive termination.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, that AI-generated content will be accurate, effective, or suitable for your purposes, or that the service meets the requirements of any regulated industry. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcstone Labs LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Narrativ — including lost profits, lost ad spend, lost data, or reputational harm — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We hope to resolve any issues informally first — email hello@narrativ-app.com and we'll make a good-faith effort to work it out within 30 days. If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, not in court. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@narrativ-app.com within 30 days of first creating your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
We may update these terms as the product and applicable law change. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
